Addressing the Trust and Brokerage Interactions at a Strategic Level
Objective: Develop a better understanding of what Trust and Brokerage Integration is – and is not.
“Integration” can mean whatever your organization wants it to mean! Many organizations want to integrate Trust, Brokerage and Private Banking to the fullest extent possible to provide efficient and effective delivery of investment and trust services to the market. This program will address issues including:
- The need for multiple platforms based on your strategic imperatives.
- The utilization of the different platforms and staff resources to maximize the profitability of your Wealth Management Department while enhancing the client experience.
- Defining the appropriate organizational structure and staff roles for the Wealth Management area to position the division for profitability and eventual growth. Ultimately improving the growth and profitability of the wealth management unit is the goal.
- The most critical component is to determine the most effective (and efficient) model for delivery of the Wealth Investment solution. This will include addressing the “Red Zone” issues.
The need to conduct this program is situational. If your organization, like many, has experienced the channel conflict or destination confusion, this program would be advised.
